Many believe that the Media Club project is among our Centre’s most successful. Media Clubs in Kyiv-Mohyla are a live independent forum for discussing problems of the media sphere and Ukrainian society. Competitions for journalists are a unique product of the Media Reform Centre. The unprecedented annual “Media On Media” Competition has become a brand among Ukrainian media. Since 2004 we’ve also held a “Media for Ethnic Tolerance and Consolidation of Society” Competition, and in 2005 we started the “People and Power: Who Serves Who?” Competition as part of the “People and Power: Dialogue Through the Media” project. Kyiv’s youngest radio station appeared on the air in April 2005. Young Radio’s programs can be heard daily in the capital on the 69,68 FM frequency.
